DMZ LOOT OPS - CALL OF DUTY: WARZONE 2.0

LETTING GAMERS LOOT IRL
WITH NO RESPAWN

To launch Warzone 2.0’s new loot-and-extract mode, DMZ, a typical gaming stream would’ve worked.
But we wanted to make this one larger than life.

So we built a massive set, planted real loot, and trained IRL guard NPCs.
Streamers had to survive a real-world raid to extract their rewards. DMZ, but physical.

Was it a game show? The coolest IRL streaming backdrop ever? A KOL brief gone rogue?
We’re still not 100% sure. But we know it pushed the fantasy further than a screen ever could.

21 Creators, 7 Countries, 1 IRL Map.
We work tirelessly on set design (transforming a deserted power station), game flow and coaching NPC guards to make this project happen.

Creators who completed the heist then shared their spoils, including PS5 giveaways, and their stories with their fans. It made me glad to have created a campaign that engages, rewards, and celebrates gamers.
